Our Fundraising Activity

In addition to our demonstrations and lobbying another vital element of the REACH campaign is our fundraising activity. We require considerable sums to be raised in order to help ensure success in our fight to stop the proposed closure of Castle Hall School and the expansion of Mirfield Free Grammar School.

Currently we have a steadily growing balance which has accumulated through our fundraising events and donations from supporters of our campaign. However the amount we still need to raise is considerable. We have therefore organised a series of events to raise funds throughout the duration of our campaign.

REACH Ribbons

REACH are selling one metre lengths of "Castle Hall Blue" Ribbon for £1 each or small ones to pin to your lapel for 50p. Tie them to your gate post, door handle, lamp post, car, old oak tree or wherever as a visible sign of your support for the school. All money raised from the sale of ribbons goes straight into our campaign fund.
